I have a voucher, can it be used?
Each voucher has specific conditions or restrictions, please read the voucher carefully, especially for dates it may not apply. No two offers can be used in conjunction with each other. No vouchers can be used for online bookings.

How can my son/daughter/friend collect their tickets on the day when I have paid with my credit/debit card?
Please give the person visiting the park a short note of authorisation including the last 4 digits of the card number.
Print at home tickets haven't been received
You will still be able to collect your tickets on the day provided you bring the reference number, alternatively contact 0871 663 1673.

Can I pre-order fast track tickets?
Yes, you can pre-book your Fastrack package tickets online in conjunction with your entrance tickets.
How do I book a school trip?
To book a school trip call 0870 400 3025.

I have Lost/stolen my annual passes, what do I do?
Return to the attraction that issued your Annual Pass for a replacement card for a £10 fee.
How can I use my Nectar points for tickets and what kind of tickets can I get?
You can swipe your Nectar card at THORPE PARK for instant payment of entry tickets to the Park. The amount of points you’ll need may vary so please check with Nectar before your trip to ensure you have the correct amount for you and your party.
On the day
Is there a bus from Staines station, what cost and what times?
A regular bus runs from Staines station to THORPE PARK at 15-20 minute intervals from Park opening to closing time for an additional fee. See our How to Get Here page.
What are the height restrictions for the rides?
Each ride has its own height restrictions ranging from 0.9m to 1.4m minimum - see the full ride listing for details.
What time do the shops close?
Each ride specific store closes when the ride closes. Thorpe Mega Store and Sweets and Souvenirs will close approx 30 minutes after the Park closes.
Can I hire a buggy and what are the costs?
Buggies can be hired from Sweets and Souvenirs located in the Dome for a cost of £6 single £9 double and both have a £20 refundable deposit.
What services do you offer parents with small children?
- CHILDREN'S WRISTBANDS:
Place your phone number inside special wristbands so we can contact you if your group gets separated. Available from Guest Services and the Medical Centre. - PARENT SWAP
Parents can still enjoy the height restricted rides when visiting with toddlers, and you only have to queue once. After swapping over the second rider gains entry to the ride via the ride exit. A voucher is required to use this service, pop in and collect one from Guest Services.
How do I report lost property?
Any item lost on the day report this to Guest Services or contact us.
My lost property item has been found how do I get it back?
Once you have been notified that your item has been found you can collect this from the Park or alternatively send a self addressed envelope to Guest Services at THORPE PARK.
Will the rides work in the rain?
The Park operates normally in the rain including all rides (all rides are subject to availability on any day of your visit)
What age can children be on the park on their own?
Our Park regulations state “No child or children under the age of 12 will be admitted to the Park unless they are accompanied by an adult, who shall be 16 years or over. Children must remain under the control or supervision of an adult at all times. Thorpe, in its absolute discretion, may increase the age restriction for children referred to in regulation 3 above on an individual basis for the requirement of accompaniment by an adult should it be deemed necessary in the interests of safety and security” Please refer to Park regulations, clause 3 and 3.1.
