Safety:

Safety is our number one priority and as a Park we work closely with the local council and police
Clearly branded THORPE PARK staff will be present both inside and outside the venue throughout the event to assist any clubbers

Age:

15 - 18yr olds
Proof of age will be required
No one under the age of 15 will be permitted to enter Trax or buy tickets to the event. Please make sure that your son/daughter comes with some form of identification such as a passport, Pass Card or Prove It Card

Buying Tickets:

Tickets to Trax can be bought in advance online and will need to be collected from Advance Ticket Collection from 6pm on the night of the event

Ticket Collection:

All tickets are collected from Advanced Ticket Collection at the entrance to the Park on the night of the event

Lost tickets:

All tickets are collected from Advanced Ticket Collection at the entrance to the Park on the night of the Trax event your child is attending

Refunds:

All tickets are sold on a non-refundable basis

Search Policy:

Trax wil operate a full search procedure prior to entry to the event. These will be conducted by male and female staff

Alcohol and Drugs:

Trax operates a zero tolerance policy on alcohol and drugs
No alcohol will be on sale during Trax
Alcohol may not be taken into the Park. Any persons found possessing alcohol, or who appear to be under the influence of alcohol may be refused admission to the Park or escorted from the Park without right to refund
The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and any persons found possessing, using or who appear to be under the influence of illegal substances will be refused admission or escorted from the Park without right to refund

First Aiders:

THORPE PARK’s medical centre will be in operation for the duration of the event

Cloakroom:

There will be a fee of £1 per item

Other important points:

Strobe lighting will be used at Trax

Bullying:

Trax requires all persons to treat the venue and others with respect at all times. A strict anti bullying policy will operate, and if we discover any persons intimidating others or using inappropriate language they will not gain entry, or if inside the event, then they will be escorted from the venue
If anyone is violent, aggressive or persistently rude towards any member of staff or customers they will be refused entry or removed from the venue

Trains

Regular South West Trains run from Waterloo direct to Staines, which is the recommended railway station for traveling to THORPE PARK. Call 08457 48 49 50 for Network Rail timetables, or visit the South West Trains website for details, train times and prices for getting to and from Staines Railway station.

How do I get to the event?

How do I get home after the event?

We suggest you have a parent or guardian pick you up. Alternatively we do have a free car park for anyone wishing to drive to the event. Trax staff will also be able to provide a list of local licensed cabs, which can be booked. Please note that due to road closures from 10pm on Friday 29th June, drivers will only be able to access THORPE PARK from Junction 13 of the M25.

Can I get tickets on the door?

We recommend that you purchase your tickets in advance, please visit our buy tickets section to purchase your tickets.

Will there be first aid rep on site?

First aid medics will be present throughout the night.

What kind of music with there be?

Trax DJ’s will throw down a complete cross genre mash-up set. Expect to hear everything from Example to Flux Pavilion to Drake to Chase & Status to Kanye West to Nero to Ed Sheeran and everything in between, plus special guest DJ’s!
