Yes. Ride Access Pass reservations are not required for Blue Light Card Member Days. However, please bring your Merlin Access Card on the day of your visit and visit the Accessibility Kiosk located after security checks to collect a timecard. If you don’t have a Merlin Access Card, please visit Ride Access Pass | Thorpe Park and follow steps 1-3.

Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. At least one member of each party must attend with a Blue Light Card/ Defence Discount Service ID – proof of membership will be requested upon entry.

All March rides and attractions are open from 10am until 5pm and subject to availability. All November rides and attractions are open from 10am until 8pm and subject to availability. All November Fright Nights® attractions are open from 3pm until 8pm and subject to availability. 

Disabled guests are entitled to a free carer ticket. Carer tickets must be booked in advance and collected in-person by showing your reservation and valid documentation at the Accessibility Kiosk located after security checks. 

Under 1.2m free ticket entry is subject to a height check, anyone who measures 1.2m or over will be asked to purchase a ticket to gain entry. We will take the height of the person using the ticket on the day of entry only, all people gaining access using this ticket type must be present at the Ticket Sales Building when collecting. Measurements must be taken wearing shoes. Shoes must flat (no high heels, platforms, or additional padding). Height measurements are taken from the top of the persons head, we do not include additional height from hair, hats, or accessories.  Maximum of four free tickets with every paid online booking, this must include at least one paid ticket.

Hotel offer is valid on Standard Thorpe Shark Cabins on 22nd March and 8th November 2025 only. Please note that this is a Bed and Breakfast only offer and does not include theme park tickets. Guests must have a valid ticket for the park to stay in the Thorpe Shark Cabins. Guests without a valid theme park ticket will be refused entry to the hotel. Subject to change and availability.
