Led by a member of our creative team, you will learn all there is to know about the history of Trailers. From previous attractions, to the planning of Bozo’s, from concept arts to final design. Complete with light movie snacks and hot drinks, we want to give you chance to ask all of those burning questions that we know you have!

Unfortunately, these experiences are extremely limited to the dates available on our website. Book now to avoid disappointment!
Yes. Guests must be aged 8+. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18+. Backstage Tours may not be suitable for all due to the physical requirements. All of our mazes are fully wheelchair accessible; however please be aware that some of our back of house pathways may not be.
All our backstage tours vary between 10am & 12pm - Please head to our Business Reception 15 minutes before the start time of your experience, which will be emailed to upon booking! You can find Business Reception to the right of the admission turnstiles after you have gone through the security check.
All our experiences last between 60 & 90 minutes. SuperSpark Stories will last up to 180 minutes.
Trailers & Survival Games and Stitches: Groups of up to 12 can experience the backstage together.
Toymakers Tale: Groups of up to 20 can experience the backstage together.
Please be aware that if you are in a group of less than 12 you may share the experience with another party.
Photography is permitted unless stated otherwise at specific sections of the tour however, to keep the experience exclusive to those attending, filming is strictly prohibited.
