Any data entered to apply for a Ride Access Pass is in accordance with our Terms and Conditions & Guide for Guests with Additional Needs.

By submitting your data a member of the Resort Guest Experience team will evaluate if you are eligible for our Ride Access Pass for guests with Additional Needs.

We cannot guarantee that by submitting your data you will receive a Ride Access Pass, this will be decided in accordance with our Guide for guests with Additional Needs.

This form is intended to speed up your registration at the Island Access Hub for the Ride Access Pass, however you may still need to queue to collect your pass. Forms must be submitted a reasonable length of time before your visit to guarantee that your details will be on the system.
