FAQs
VIP Entry packages are available to purchase for every day of our operating season. If a date is unavailable to book, this is because we have reached our online capacity for bookings on this date. For enquiries, please email vip@thorpe-park.co.uk and the team will try their best to accommodate you!
Date changes are not guaranteed, but please email the VIP team at vip@thorpe-park.co.uk and they will see what they can do. Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances.
Your dedicated VIP host is yours for the whole day! You can enjoy the park from the minute it opens right up until the last ride of the day! When booking, please advise us of your arrival time so we can best plan your day.
All rides with the exception of Depth Charge are included in your package, subject to availability on the day. VIP guests will be granted ONE front of line access to Hyperia to be used at any point throughout their day.
