How to redeem your free second visit:
Keep your first ticket handy
Make sure you have your Twice the Fun ticket from your Thorpe Park visit. You’ll need the barcode number from this ticket to unlock your second visit. Each ticket purchased has a unique barcode.
Pre-book your second visit
Choose your second attraction and enter your barcode number. You can choose to pre-book your second visit at Thorpe Park, the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Alton Towers Resort, or Chessington World of Adventures Resort.
Get ready for more fun!
Once you've secured your second visit, just bring your booking confirmation with you on the day. Enjoy your day out!
“Twice the Fun” Promotional Terms and Conditions
1. The Offer: Guests who purchase a valid “Twice the Fun” day ticket shall be entitled to one complimentary return day ticket to an Attraction (as defined below) of their choice, subject to availability and the conditions set out below.
2. Attractions: This offer is only available for tickets purchased online for Alton Towers Resort, LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, Chessington World of Adventures Resort, and Thorpe Park (the “Attractions”) via either the Attractions’ own websites or selected trade partners. Guests may choose to visit a different Attraction for their second visit.
3. Validity Periods:
• Offer Period: The promotion is live for purchases made between 10:00 BST on 25th June 2026 and 23:59 BST on 27th July 2026. A specific “Twice the Fun” ticket must be purchased within this window.
• First Visit: Must occur within the Offer Period (by 27th July 2026).
• Second Visit Period: Must occur between 25th June 2026 and 25th September 2026.
4. Booking Requirements: Both visits must be pre-booked with the relevant Attraction. Tickets are strictly non-transferable; both visits must be booked under the same name and attended by the same guests.
5. Capacity Limits: Second visit availability is limited to 1,000 tickets per day, per Attraction within the Second Visit Period. Merlin Entertainments reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make additional tickets available above this 1,000-ticket daily allocation.
6. Identification & Entry: Entry may be refused if the lead booker’s name does not match the name listed on the original booking. Guests must retain the booking email from their first visit, as it may be required to verify details for the second visit. The lead booker may also be required to provide photographic proof of identity upon arrival at the Attraction.
7. Refunds: Once the first visit has occurred, the remaining linked ticket shall become strictly non-refundable. Standard ticket cancellation policies apply prior to the first visit.
8. Height & Age Restrictions:
• Guests under 90cm go free at Alton Towers Resort, LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, and Chessington World of Adventures Resort.
• Guests under 120cm go free at Thorpe Park.
• Guests under 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over at Alton Towers Resort, Chessington World of Adventures Resort, and Thorpe Park.
• Guests under 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort.
9. General Terms: This promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount. All ticket prices are subject to change at any time. All ticket types remain subject to the standard Terms and Conditions of Entry for the respective Attraction, including all ride, age, and height restrictions.
